I’m not coming from theory. I learned this by building systems inside real companies, with real people, real pressure, and messy operations.

We don't want 50 clients. We want 12 we can actually pay attention to. If we're at capacity, we'll say so and tell you when to check back.
No enterprise theatre
No 60-slide kickoff decks. No 'transformation playbooks.' No tier-3 account managers. You get me, and one collaborator when needed.
Boring is a feature
The best automations are the ones you forget exist. We don't build flashy AI demos. We build systems that make Tuesday morning easier than Monday's.

If we underestimate, that's our problem to eat — not yours to surprise-invoice. We've eaten three so far. Still in business.
